I’m fascinated by places where time, neglect and resilience meet. In my series Where We Played, I explore how once-active spaces become scenes of silence and change. Using composition and light, I highlight what has become of once vibrant spaces.
Using a documentary framework with a fine-art sensibility, I build images that feel both precise and emotional. I prefer natural light, minimal intervention, shooting in black and white to let each site’s textures and forms speak.
My goal is to invite viewers to pause, to re-imagine these forgotten courts as metaphors for collective memory, cultural shifts and the transience of human ambition. The work asks: what do our spaces say about us when we leave them behind?
